For shipping Australia Wide there is a flat rate price of;
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) $9.95
Express Shipping (1-3 business days) $12.95
All orders over $150 receive FREE Standard shipping.
All Orders placed will generally be sent out within 1-2 business days. We are closed weekends and Public Holidays. All orders will be shipped out the next business day. Tracking numbers are provided via email upon order fulfilment.
Please note due to Covid-19, Australia Post is experiencing some delays, we highly suggest choosing express post to guarantee your orders are received within 3 business days.
In the case of out of stock items you will be notified options of an alternative product or refund or simply waiting for the product to arrive in our warehouse.

Free in-store pick up is available on the Gold Coast – we will contact you when the order is available usually within 24 hours (subject to product availability).
Return & Exchange Policy
Please double check your order prior to check-out as Osaida do not offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending however, if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please email [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your purchase with your order #, a description and clear photo of the fault or incorrect item/s so that we can sort this out for you ASAP! Our customer service team will assess the product/reasons and advise if the exchange or refund option is available.
