What shipping options do you offer?
At Osaida we offer Express shipping, Standard shipping and a local pick up option.
Express shipping can take 1-3 business days.
Standard shipping can take 3-5 business days.

How many lashes are in your XL trays?
Our XL premade lash trays have 800 lashes per tray. We decided this was a great option as it makes it easier and more cost effective for your business.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s already been placed?
If you would like to add something to your order after it has been placed please contact us immediately at [email protected] to see if we can amend your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped unfortunately we aren’t able to amend the order.
Do you offer pick up?
Yes we certainly do! If you are local to the Gold Coast, Queensland we are more than happy for you to come pick up your order. You can select this option when you are at check out. It is completely free. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you regarding pick up times and dates.
How do I track my order?
All orders will receive a tracking number once they have been shipped. This will be sent to your email provided at checkout.
